Our History – Faringdon Grange Holiday Park was originally a nine hole golf course and the signage for the golf course can still be seen today. Sold back in 2015, and development beginning in 2019, we wanted to preserve the open-ness, beautiful mature tree line and the feel of the countryside, so great care has been taken to ensure that the park still has the appearance of an extension to the exquisite Oxfordshire surroundings and sympathetically designed for each lodge to enjoy the views.

Faringdon Grange Holiday Park gives a private and stress-free way to enjoy a weekend break, a weeks holiday, a time to explore and find out more about the surrounding areas. With properties for sale to meet all your requirements, our holiday lodges offer a place for relaxation close to the picturesque villages of the Cotswolds. Great places to explore can be found right on the doorstep.

Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, our lodges are within easy access of London, Oxford, Birmingham and offer the peace and quiet you deserve. An office in the countryside, a place to unwind and enjoy the scenery and wildlife, a place to explore, a place to take time for yourself to enjoy YOU!

Fancy a day out to treat yourself and your loved ones whilst holidaying in your luxury lodge at Faringdon? Then why not make your stay complete and head over to Bicester Village, the designer outlet shopping centre which is home to 160 boutique shops to truly indulge and treat yourself.

Or as an alternative, as Faringdon Grange stands on the edge of the Cotswolds, you could enjoy an afternoon tea within one of the sleepy towns and villages like Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold or even Moreton in the Marsh.  All steeped in history and renowned for the pretty chocolate box shops and tea rooms built from the distinctive yellow Cotswold Stone.  Paying a visit, will give you an insight into the charm and beauty within this listed Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and whilst you are there you may be lucky and  bump into a celebrity or two!

With Burford being not too far (approximately 25 minutes) a visit to Jeremy Clarkson’s new public house, The Farmers Dog would be a great way to brush with the celebrities and whilst you are there you may want to venture a little further to Chadlington and buy Bee Juice or Cow Juice from his famous outlet, Diddly Squat Farm Shop, whilst backing British Farmers.

Maybe you fancy a more historic trip or perhaps to spend a day as a thespian.  A little further afield lies Stratford Upon Avon, where a walk along the banks of the River Avon, or a ticket to the theatre or even a visit to Shakespeare’s birthplace or Anne Hathaways Cottage is more your scene.
