2. Place a holding deposit of £5000.00 to hold the plot
3. Begin designing your dream holiday lodge destination with our park based design team. – Let us provide you with a floor plan that compliments the plot you have chosen and your choice of use, and we can help you to make the most from your beautiful new lodge at Faringdon.   Whether to have open plan, a separate study, two three or four bedrooms all with ensuite, the world is your oyster.

Once you are happy and your plan is finalised, you then have an exciting day ahead of you at our Design Studio based at the park, where you can choose furniture, soft furnishings, flooring, tiling and everything else to make you luxury lodge a perfect retreat for you and your family.
