Exciting News – We have some very good news to share as we now have two further Open Days planned for September for open day viewings or investors and private purchasers alike.
The first day for Investors and #companies, wedding venues and golf clubs, perhaps looking to invest in the booming UK staycation industry, on Friday 9th September from 10am until 3pm. This will be the perfect time to find out more about how investing in a holiday lodge for yourself, as an incentive for hard working staff or simply to let out, could potentially reap the rewards of a 10% yield. By letting out throughout the year, you may even find that your company could be eligible for Furnished Holiday Let Tax Breaks. All will be revealed and by completing our enquiry form, we can ensure that you are booked to visit on the day. With some of our lodges having hot tubs, this will be a perfect retreat for holiday makers throughout the year.
Our second Open Day on Sunday 11th September from 10am until 3pm, for all to visit (especially if the 9th was difficult for you) is a Sunday not to be missed. Have a leisurely stroll around the 3 lodges open to view, take a wander around the park and see if you can find out resident ducks and indulge on a glass of bubbly whilst you are with us. Faringdon Grange is a wonderful holiday destination with many attractions close by and further afield. On the Doorstep to Faringdon itself, for a romantic meal for two or a shopping trip to remember, you will have time to explore the area as well as being central for The Cotswolds, Bicester Village or Oxford itself.
