The first 14 plots for the new development are now laid and waiting to be reserved. A pick of the plots, whether overlooking the lake, the countryside or the park, are all available and by enquiring now will mean you can pick the plot of your choice whilst we help you to design the lodge of your dreams.
Two three or even four bedroom lodges are available to purchase and the size will just depend on the plot that you decide upon.
Whether you choose a 2 bedroomed Tamarack with its stylish and open plan kitchen diner, lounge or a Tallow Lodge with stunning sleeping accommodation with an interior feel of contemporary city chic, or even the Ash Lodge, boasting luxury fittings and finishes, we can supply the plans and help you design the lodge to compliment your chosen plot. With a day then scheduled with our Interior Designers, your lodge will be bespoke to you and the envy of your family and friends.
The Interior Design Office in Bristol has a range of fresh and exciting colour schemes to look through and choose from. Our soft furnishings and curtain range are updated twice yearly and are stunning examples of what is currently on trend. Our Interior Designers will take you through your lodge, room by room to ensure that you are happy with the layout, fixtures, furniture and finishing’s (yes the lodges are provided fully furnished). This will then be sent back to Oakgrove in Northern Ireland where the whole process begins.
As soon as you are happy with your final plans and specification, Oakgrove will purchase your choices and begin to build your luxury lodge. We will then transport and site your lodge to your chosen plot and Oakgrove skilled Engineers will finish your lodge internally and externally and our landscapers will finish your plot with a patio, a space for a hot tub, or whatever you decide for your outside plot.
Your holiday can then begin!
Whether you are looking forward to a long Summer break, weekends over the Autumn period, a Christmas day celebration, seeing in the New Year or a long break in Spring, the world is your oyster and you can holiday as often and as frequently as you desire. Your very own lodge will be there waiting for you.
Alternatively, you may want to let your lodge and reap the rewards. We can supply details of a Holiday Let Company who will manage and arrange this on your behalf to enable you to reap the rewards when you do not want to holiday yourself. The best of both worlds, your holiday destination earning for you too.
